Where we ship

We ship within New Zealand and to Australia. All orders are sent from Ōtautahi Christchurch.

Shipping rates

New Zealand: standard shipping $8.50 NZD, or free tracked shipping on orders over $50 NZD.

Australia: standard shipping $30.00 NZD, or free tracked shipping on orders over $80 NZD.

Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Every piece we sell is handmade, so please allow 5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. We'll send you a confirmation email once it's on its way.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days within New Zealand, and 5 to 10 business days to Australia.

These are estimates provided by our courier and aren't guaranteed. Delivery to rural addresses and deliveries during busy periods such as Christmas can take longer.

Tracking

Orders that qualify for free tracked shipping include a tracking number, which we'll email to you once your parcel is on its way.

Packaging and damage in transit

We take real care packing your order. Framed kākahu and ornaments are wrapped and protected for transit, because these are one-of-a-kind pieces that can't simply be replaced from stock.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sktreasuresaotearoa@gmail.com within 15 business days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll work with you to put it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, and the additional shipping cost will need to be covered.
